You will find solutions to common problems there and can post questions that will be answered by experts regularly. If you have any special problem (that you believe is of little interest to others) please feel free to us.

H.E.I. offers paid technical support for heitml by email and phone. Please contact . We are happy to have your feedback, so questions that help us in improving heitml are usually answered without charge. Of course if otherwise we will review your question and first let you know what it will cost. Our regular charge is $65 per incident. In every case in which a problem is identified as a bug in heitml nothing will be charged and you will get a bonus of two questions for free.
