Component radpagelink
Description
This component displays a link to the Component Editor.
Clicking on the link starts the editor in another window.
This is a very convenient way to start the Component Editor.
The link is shown only if the user has debugging / maintenance
permission. So it is possible to put the link on a page without
disturbing the page for normal users.
